LISTING YOUR HOME

My job is to help you with the latest market insight, an effective strategy, and a genuine approach. We’ll move at your speed, together, and we’ll make your selling process as stress-free as possible. Your ideal buyer feels the same way and all that’s left is for us find them. Selling your home is a great challenge, don’t go it alone! I’ll completely devote myself to your sale. That’s why I’ve focused my efforts on my unique approach devoted to our shared success when it comes to selling real estate in Fredericton.

 

Whether it be over email, a quick call, or a meeting at your home, we will get a better idea of your home and what we can do to most effectively market it. When we partner up, we’ll set a price for your home, market it properly, and handle offers, negotiations, and closing. I’m here to help, but you’re the one making all the final decisions.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

Next, we’ll look at your favourite homes and add some that I’ve picked for you. We might even have a look at some houses that aren’t on the market yet (one of the many benefits of being with Fredericton’s largest Real Estate company!). We’ll talk needs & wants, house condition, renovations, investment and more to be sure that we find something as perfect as possible for you!

With my background in construction, I work with you to dive deep into the homes you’re interested in to spot what others might miss, letting you know of potential deficiencies, and helping you envision what the house could become with a little – or a lot of work.

Step 3

CONSISTENT MARKETING

A sign on your lawn and an ad in the paper isn’t enough to sell your home in today’s market. You need effective online advertising to set your home apart from the rest. I will put my expertise to work so your home stands out online. The personalised marketing strategy for you home will ensure increased visibility over the duration of the listing.
